ANNUAL GENERAL MEETINGS
Every year the Committee of Management meet with owners to report on the previous financial year. These meetings are a great opportunity for all the whānau to get together in whanaungatanga.
Please contact Strettons for a copy of previous AGM Reports, or for any queries.
2026 AGM
The 2026 AGM will be held at Hatepe Marae on Saturday 26th September 2026. The 2026 Annual Report will be available to download before the AGM, with hardcopies available at the meeting.
2026 ELECTIONS
Members of the Committee of Management are elected for a three-year term and retire by rotation at the end of the Annual General Meeting held in the third calendar year following their election. This year, Joyce Eparaima and Bobby Morehu retire by rotation. Joyce has advised that she will not be seeking re-election. Bobby has offered himself for re-election and, in accordance with the Constitution, does not require further nomination. Shareholders wishing to nominate a candidate for election to the Committee of Management are asked to complete the below nomination form.

To allow sufficient time to prepare and circulate candidate information and postal voting documentation, the Committee asks that completed nomination forms are submitted by 5.00 pm on Monday 17 August 2026. Completed forms may be:
• emailed to Robyn.Obrien@strettons.co.nz; or
• posted to Opawa Rangitoto 2C Incorporation, C/- Strettons, PO Box 214, Taupō 3351.
2025 AGM
The 2025 AGM was held at Hatepe Marae on Saturday 20th September 2025. Read the 2025 Annual Report.
The election result saw Dawn Mita being voted onto the Committee of Management for another term.
2024 AGM
